1. Download and fill out an order form.
(fill it out and save it on your computer, or print it and fill it
out by hand)
2. Send us the completed order form.
(email it as an attachment to admin@customdigitalslideshow.com
or send it to the address at the bottom of the form)
3. A slide show designer will contact you shortly with a price
quote, estimated date of completion, and go over the specific details of your show.
4. After talking to a designer, send us your pictures and deposit.
5. When we finish designing your slide show we'll send it to you
along with your original photos, in exchange for your final payment.
